General shipping information.

Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc) please add to your “approved sender,” “whitelist,” and/or your “address book.” At this time, we send emails from

Our shipping rates are based on order weight.
A single 4-piece place setting is 7 lbs.
A single 16-piece set, service for (4), is 17 lbs.

Saturday delivery is not available.

For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawai‘i, Puerto Rico, or a military/APO address, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.

Shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

Incorrect addresses:
Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in additional delivery fees.

Standard Shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS (our choice), depending on the order size, weight, and destination.

Neither FedEx or UPS will deliver to P.O. Boxes. FedEx and UPS require extra transit times when delivering to rural or remote locations.

We honor USPS’s shipping schedules and do not ship on holidays.

We ship to Hawai‘i and Alaska. FedEx Ground shipping rates will apply. We cannot offer Second Day Air to these locations. Please allow extra transit times for shipping to these locations.

How do I return a product?

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a full product refund.

We accept returns of products ordered from within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. To return an item, here’s how you do it!

  1. Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting a Customer Service Representative at A reason for the return must accompany your request.
  2. All returns must be made within 30 days from the invoice date, and must be in the original box.
  3. All returns must be complete and in immediate saleable condition. We are not able to accept used merchandise.

If your purchase was paid for by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card upon receipt of the item returned, less any applicable charges.

If you are returning a product that was received damaged, or shipped in error by, you need to notify us immediately by email ( and provide us with an image of the damaged item(s). We will either replace, at no cost to you, or reimburse you for the product that is damaged. Should we request that the damaged product be returned to us, we will provide the shipping label, again, at no cost to you.

For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return delivery expense.

Can I return my gift card/gift certificate?
No, gift cards/gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. We do not accept returns. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.

Which method of shipping should I use to send my item back?
You can choose any method you like (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) We highly advise securing a tracking number for your return, as Livliga will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Did my return arrive back at your warehouse?
You will receive a notification from us upon receiving your package. We also recommend securing a tracking number for your package so you can track via your provider’s website.

How do I know my exchange/return has been processed?
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us. For exchanges, you will get an email confirmation once the new order is on its way out to you.

What if I was shipped the wrong item(s)?
We apologize for any shipping mistakes. Please contact us and we will be happy to correct the error as quickly as possible.

How do I make a return without an exchange form?
Please contact us so we can supply you with the necessary information and procedures.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account on our New Account page. During signup, we’ll ask for your shipping address details, including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
