My Account

How do I create an account?

To create an account in our online store, go to the New Account page. Then, simply fill out the provided form, and click the “Create Account” button on the bottom of the page. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

To edit your account details in our store, go to the Account Settings page, and use the form provided to edit the details of your account. You can also change your account password from this page. When you are done making updates, click the “Update Details” button on the bottom of the page.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You can also get a shipping estimate in your Shopping Cart prior to checking out by entering your destination information in the Shipping line-item (country, state, city, postal code).

I forgot my password.

If you can’t remember your password, you can still get into your account by resetting your password to something new on our Reset Password page. Enter the email address you used to create your account with us into the field provided and click the “Reset Password” button. Within a few minutes of providing your email address, check your email for instructions on completing the password reset process. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes of providing your email address, check the spam folder in your email account to see if the password reset email arrived there.

How do I return my product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship, and what are my shipping charges?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, visit our Order Status page to track the status of your order. You may be prompted to sign in, if you are not already logged in. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
